Psyllium Husk

Psyllium Husk, derived from the seeds of the medicinal plant Plantago Ovata, is a white fiber husk. It consists of a layer of mucilage surrounding the psyllium seeds, which is separated using a mechanical process. The husk mainly contains hemicellulose, a complex carbohydrate found in whole grains, fruits & vegetables.
